Tiger Stripe Badge

This tiger badge has been created exclusively for the National Gallery. Illustrator Sam Everitt was inspired by Henri Rousseau’s jungle scene entitled “Surprised!” or “Tiger in a Tropical Storm”. Rousseau depicts a tiger that’s about to pounce on an unseen target… and the image on our badge reinterprets the face of the stalking tiger.
