These cocoa dusted milk chocolate truffles with a milk chocolate centre are made by Charbonnel et Walker.

Purveyors of fine English chocolates since 1875, Charbonnel et Walker has long been established as Britain's Master Chocolatiers. In that year, King Edward VII encouraged Mme Charbonnel to leave the chocolate house of Maison Boissier in Paris and to join Mrs Walker to establish a chocolatier and confectionery house in London's Bond Street.
