From the church of the Carmine in Florence; probably from the chapel of St Andrew there, founded by Ugolino di Bonsi after 1365. The work is concave, which suggests that it is from a vault. The damaged state of the fragment makes an attribution difficult, and it is not known who was responsible for the frescoes in this chapel.
