A large poster of Canaletto's painting 'Venice: The Upper Reaches of the Grand Canal with S. Simone Piccolo' from about 1738.
The church dominating the left of the Grand Canal is S. Simeone Piccolo; further down on the same side is S. Croce.
On the right can be seen the Scalzi and beyond it the church of S. Lucia, Gondolas cross the canal, passenger barges cruise down the left side.
The poster has a metallic strip along the bottom which displays the artist name and picture details.
