How it works

1. Select your items
Add items to your basket. Look for the 'Click & Collect' icon on the product page. Most products are available for Click & Collect, but there are a few exceptions e.g. prints and flowers.

2. On the Basket page, select Click & Collect or Collection from box office (tickets)
When you are ready to checkout, on the Basket page under ‘Select Delivery Option’ choose ‘Click & Collect’ before proceeding to Checkout. If purchasing exhibition tickets, select 'Collect from box office' under 'Select ticket delivery'

3. Order confirmation email
We will send you an email confirming that we have received your order with full instructions on next steps.

4. Collect your order (excluding exhibition tickets)
Orders will be available for collection at the Sainsbury Wing shop. Orders placed before 5pm will be ready for collection from 10am the next day. Orders placed after 5pm will be ready for collection from 2pm the next day. When collecting your order, please ensure you bring a valid photo ID along with a copy of your order.

Collect your exhibition tickets
Please collect your tickets from the Sainsbury Wing Ticket desk from at any time from 10:00am on the day of your visit. Please note tickets cannot be collected in advance of your visit date. When collecting your tickets please make sure that you bring along a photo ID with a copy of your order confirmation (print or digital copy).

Is there a charge for Click & Collect?
Click & Collect is a 100% free service.

What products can I have delivered to store?
Most of our products are available for Click & Collect - look out for the ‘Click & Collect’ an icon on the product pages.

If the icon is not present on the page it means this item is not available for Click & Collect. This is because some of our products are made to order or dispatched directly from our warehouse or supplier. These products include prints, flowers and personalised cards.

Where do I collect my order from?
All Click and Collect orders (excluding exhibition tickets) will be available for collection from the Sainsbury Wing shop. The Sainsbury Wing shop is open daily 10am – 5:45pm and Fridays 10am – 8:45pm.

How long will it take before I can collect my order?
Orders placed before 5pm will be ready for collection from 10am the next day. Orders placed before 5pm will be ready for collection from 10am the next day. Orders placed after 5pm will be ready for collection from 2pm the next day. You can collect your order from the Sainsbury Wing shop any time during opening hours.

You will receive an email confirming when your order is ready for collection. In the unlikely event the item(s) you ordered is not available, we will contact you immediately.

My order is ready to collect, what will I need to bring with me?
When collecting your order you will be required to bring a valid photo ID and a copy of your order confirmation. We will accept a printed copy or you can show us a copy of the email confirmation on your phone or tablet.

You will be required to sign for your order on collection.

Please note: We cannot deliver alcoholic products to anyone under 18. For this reason, we may refuse to hand over an order. Delivery is at our discretion.

Can someone else collect on my behalf?
If someone is collecting an order on your behalf they will need to bring a valid photo ID and a copy of your order confirmation.

They will be required to sign for your order on collection.

Please note: We cannot deliver alcoholic products to anyone under 18. For this reason, we may refuse to hand over an order. Delivery is at our discretion.

How long do I have to collect my order?
Click & Collect orders will be kept for 15 days from order date. After 15 days your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded the full order value. Please allow 5-7 working days for this refund to show in your account.

What if I arrive to collect my order and don't want it anymore?
You will be able to return any Click & Collect order for a full refund within 14 days of collection.

Can I change my order from Home Delivery to Click & Collect?
If you need to change the original delivery method selected, please contact our Customer Service team on 0207 747 2870 as soon as possible. Our call centre opening hours are Mon - Fri: 9am - 5pm.

Home delivery orders are processed within 24-48hrs of receipt and we will only be able to change the delivery method if your order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

How long do I have to collect my order?
You can collect your tickets at any time on the day of your visit from the Ticket Desk in the Sainsbury Wing Foyer. We regret we cannot issue tickets on any other date.

What if I arrive to collect my order and don't want it anymore?
Tickets are sold on the understanding that they are non-exchangeable or refundable. No refunds will be given if you no longer want tickets you have purchased.

Can I change my order from Print at Home to Click & Collect?
It is not possible to amend your delivery method after payment, so please select your delivery option carefully.
