Exhibition Tickets Terms and Conditions
All tickets are subject to these terms and conditions:
- Tickets are valid only for the date and time stated on your ticket(s). Please check your ticket(s) carefully at time of purchase as mistakes cannot be rectified at a later date.
- Before your ticket purchase is finalised, you will be asked to confirm that the personal details you have provided to us and your ticket requirements are correct. Once your order has been confirmed by you, the National Gallery will accept no liability or offer any refunds arising as a result of incorrect information provided by you at the time of ordering your ticket(s)
Management regrets that tickets will not be refunded under any circumstances unless the National Gallery is closed due to an emergency, or if an event has to be cancelled for reasons beyond the control of the National Gallery. In the event of closure or cancellation, customers will be offered a full refund of the cost of the ticket, or an alternative date where possible. Tickets cannot be refunded in adverse weather conditions if an event still goes ahead.
Tickets are non-transferrable unless in the event of closure of the National Gallery or cancellation of the event. The National Gallery accepts no responsibility if an event is missed through no fault of our own.
When available, concessions apply for anyone aged under 16 or over 60, unless otherwise stated. Visitors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Visitors must be able to produce on demand relevant I.D. to support a concessionary or discounted rate.
