Exhibition Tickets Terms and Conditions
All tickets are subject to these terms and conditions (the Ticket Terms), in addition to our general Terms (which can be found here). In the event that the Ticket Terms and the general Terms conflict, these Ticket Terms shall take priority.
From time to time, a limited allocation of reduced-price early bird tickets may be available. Early bird tickets are subject to availability and are limited in number. Once the allocation is exhausted, early bird booking will close and standard ticket prices will apply.
Tickets can be booked online here (via the National Gallery Company), in person at the Ticket Desk (open 10am–5.15pm, and until 8.15pm on Fridays), or by calling 0800 912 6958 (booking fees apply, lines open Monday –Saturday from 9am –10pm, Sundays from 10am–8pm). You can book tickets by phone until 3pm the day before you visit.
For disabled concessions tickets and accompanying free carer tickets, please call 0800 912 6958 (no booking fees). Tickets ordered by phone will be available for collection at the Ticket Desk on the day of your visit.

Before your ticket purchase is finalised, you will be asked to confirm that the personal details you have provided to us and your ticket requirements are correct. Once your order has been confirmed by you, we cannot accept responsibility for or offer any refunds arising as a result of incorrect information provided by you at the time of ordering your ticket(s).

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on tickets unless the National Gallery is closed due to an emergency, or if an event has to be cancelled for reasons beyond the control of the National Gallery. In the event of such closure or cancellation, customers will be offered a full refund of the cost of the ticket, or an alternative date where possible. Tickets cannot be refunded in adverse weather conditions if an event still goes ahead.
Tickets are non-transferrable unless in the event of closure of the National Gallery or cancellation of the event, and cannot be resold. Any tickets found to have been offered for resale will be cancelled without refund and admission will be refused to the bearer.
