Blend no.128 Fine Black Tea – Assam GFOP, Ceylon FBOP & Kenya FBOP
This perfectly balanced fine tea has been paired with a vintage postcard showing a bustling Trafalgar Square in London and one of its greatest landmarks.
The unique blend of tea has been taken from the tea growing regions that have been influenced by Britain; Ceylon, Assam and Kenya. These full-bodied flavours provide a different, yet complimentary combination of colour, body and strength to the tea. This delicious blend of fine tea can be enjoyed either with or without milk.
This unique range of fine teas has been carefully chosen by the Tea Master of The East India Company exclusively for the National Gallery.
Ingredients: Black tea blend of Assam GFBOP, Eeylon FBOP, Kenya FBOP.
Granted a Royal Charter by Queen Elizabeth I in 1600, the East India Company was founded to explore the mysteries of the East. In the process it mapped trade routes, discovered exotic goods and established trading ports which would grow into the cities of Singapore, Hong Kong and Mumbai. It changed customs, tastes and ways of thinking, influencing the very fabric of our lives today.
This tea is part of the Delicious Art collection.
